Plum Krazy Creations offers homemade cottage food products, baked goods, preserves, jams, jellies, and other specialty items. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, colors, textures, sizes, and appearance may vary slightly.

Our products are made in accordance with the Texas Cottage Food Law where applicable. Products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

• Eggs
• Milk
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree nuts

Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should contact us before placing an order.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment must be received before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed upon.

Shipping and pickup options are provided during checkout where available.

Once an order has been shipped, Plum Krazy Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting their order during the agreed pickup window.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

All content on this website, including logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, and text, is the property of Plum Krazy Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plum Krazy Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
